Prior to listing a home for sale, a lot of time is spent planning for and preparing a home to maximize value and make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. We call this process staging. After we've completed staging, many of my sellers' comment that "their house looks better than it ever has" and "how they wish they had done it sooner".
Each time this happens I can't help but be struck by the irony that once an owner finally gets their house the way they want it, they proceed to sell it to someone new. This has gotten me to thinking, why wait to make your house shine only to sell it, when I can help you make it fresh for you to enjoy now while you still live there?
As you already know, moving from one home to another over the last couple of years has not been easy. This is why I'm launching "Stage Your Home for Living" and it is designed for people just like you so you can enjoy your home for a bit before you move.
This will be a different process than what you'd expect from your typical home staging or decorating. It's a little bit of both and can give you the advantage of refreshing your home, or even just a room, to make it feel like you're living somewhere new! Also, wouldn't it be great if your house was pre-prepared to be ready to go for when the time comes to list?
